Her Royal Highness Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah, born on August 5 1960 in Istana Bukit Stulang to His Majesty Sultan Iskandar of Johor, is The Crown Princess of Pahang and is married to His Royal Highness The Regent of Pahang Tengku Mahkota Abdullah.

An ardent enthusiast gifted with practical and creative skills in various fields of the fine arts, Her Royal Highness is most passionate about cooking.

Her great interest in the culinary field has led to the publication of her first cookbook, Airtangan Tengku Puan Pahang Masakan Tradisional Pahang which was completely sold out.

"Pergi belajar masak. Kalau tak pandai masak, macam mana Azizah nak beritahu tukang masak dia masak tak betul!"

Those were some of her dad's constant reminders that was etched in Tengku Puan Pahang since her younger days. From a young age, she has had the opportunity to helm the feasts and banquets for palace guests regardless of who they are which eventually led to her love for cooking, always being the perfect host and providing only the very best.

And now, through her new book, "Air Tangan Tengku Puan Pahang Manisan Tradisional Pahang", the Crown Princess shares with us the recipes of her culinary journey . . . .
